MODULE CONTENTS

SELF-MANAGEMENT
Relations with the outside world depends on
self-relations. It is only possible to manage other people after you have mastered managing yourself. “Manage Yourself Module” develops self-relations, ethics, emotions, social roles and coping with difficulties

MANAGE RELATIONS

Achieving goals is predicated on managing relationships. This module helps people enhance awareness and develop their management skills

MANAGE YOUR WORK

This module contains job modules, experience sharing and clues for business life to use while improving relation management skills

EXECUTE

This module ensures leaders have necessary competencies, skills, ethics. It has interactive applications, including performance reporting, homework, exercises and role play simulations.
